This was a full band show for Sun Radio at Guero’s Tacos downtown Austin. They do a radio show from there every Wednesday called, “Texas Radio LIve” through the summer and we were able to play a show with the full band. Christina, Brian Patterson on Guitar, Charlie Magnone on Keys, Joel De La Garza on drums and myself on the bass. It was very nice evening, the place was packed. This was the first time my playing was broadcast to the masses via “radio”…a pretty cool benchmark in a players history. It took me over 40 years but I finally can say, I heard myself on the radio.
