Nichole asked me to join her band on bass, for her annual birthday bash. Due to Covid 19, she had to skip the previous year and I had played a gig with her back in 2019 at a Winery in Dripping Springs and learned the songs off her debut record, so I knew some of the material already. She put a list of 22 songs together for the set and we had a ton of fun playing at the venue that used to be Strange Brew, Captain Quackenbush’s Coffeehouse, in south Austin.
